These Terms govern use of MU MP Sponsorship CRM ("the tool"), an internal sponsorship-outreach tool operated by the Miss Universe Madhya Pradesh 2027 Sponsorships & Partnerships team ("we"). The tool is not the official public website of Miss Universe, Miss Universe India or Miss Universe Madhya Pradesh.

1. Internal, authorised use only

The tool may be used only by team members whom we have authorised. It is not offered to the public. Authorised users must keep their access to the tool, the connected Gmail account and the team's Google Sheet confidential, and must not share credentials.

2. Permitted use

The tool may be used only for approved business sponsorship outreach for Miss Universe Madhya Pradesh 2027. That means researching prospective sponsor businesses, preparing outreach, and sending emails that a team member has reviewed and approved, and tracking replies to them.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the tool:

• to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or misleading or deceptive messages;
• to harass, abuse or threaten any person;
• to impersonate any person or organisation;
• to send emails that have not been approved;
• to access email, accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
• for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of Google's terms and policies.

4. Opt-outs must be respected

Any recipient who asks not to be contacted must not be contacted again for outreach. Users must not override or work around the tool's opt-out and stop conditions.

5. Suspension and revocation

We may suspend or revoke any user's access to the tool at any time, including for breach of these Terms. We may also disconnect the Gmail account or stop the tool at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The tool is provided "as is" and "as available" for internal operational use. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that automated research, drafts or reply detection will always be accurate. Users must review information and drafts before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the tool, or from any inability to use it.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the tool handles data, including Google user data.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Madhya Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
